Payment Terms
- Prepaid
- 10/3 Net 30, 10% discount inside 3 days, else full in 30 days
- 7/7 Net 30, 7% discount inside 7 days, else full in 30 days
- 5/14 Net 30, 5% discount inside 14 days, else full in 30 days
- Net 30, Payment is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date (Net 30)
Accepted Payment Method
- We accept bank transfer (ACH), credit card, check, and online payment via the link on this invoice.
- Please use the invoice number as your payment reference.
- Credit card payments are FREE of processing fees.
- Payment is treated as received only when cleared funds reach our account.
Late Payment & Interest
A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to all overdue balances. We reserve the right to pause work and withhold future deliveries while any invoice remains more than 31 days overdue, and to recover reasonable collection costs.
Dispute & Chargeback Clauses
Any dispute regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt. Disputes raised after this period will not affect the obligation to pay. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee/USA, and the courts of Mtn City have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. For billing questions, contact Tom Dean at accounts@inspiromedia.com before the due date. Clerical errors may be corrected without invalidating this invoice.
Currency and Bank Charges
All amounts are in USD. Bank or wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer.
Cancellation & Kill Fee
If the project is cancelled after work begins, payment for all work completed to date is due.
Scope, Revision & Acceptance
Invoices cover only the scope described below and or invoice line items. Additional work is billable. Deliverables are deemed accepted unless written feedback is received within 5 business days of delivery. Correction of IMT introduced errors are FREE. Changes in design, utility, claim and or any modification or addition including requests for appendix drawings not originally disclosed are billable and lead to additional fees over and above a prior quote. Services directed to new filings that repurpose prior IMT drawings are billable.
